Riverside Matakana's Conference Room now accommodates up to 34 people comfortably. The environment is conducive to both formal and informal meetings, presentations and other events. Your guests will enjoy our spacious modern facilities and deck areas overlooking the vineyards and river. The mood is tranquil, rural and relaxed.

As part of our all inclusive Conference Rate, we supply Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. Catered breakfasts can also be provided.

Also included in the Conference Rate is : dedicated Personal Assistant/Waitress, wireless broadband internet, data projector and screen, 50" plasma TV/Data screen, manual whiteboard and flip charts, pads, pens, tea, coffee, mints etc.

For evening dining we recommend getting out to one of Matakana's popular restaurants. We can arrange reservations and transfers to make your Matakana food and wine experience seamless.

Larger Groups

We partner with Plume Restaurant only 5 minutes down the road. Plume has a beautiful, recently refurbished conference facility that can accommodate groups of 20 - 50. If you have a group of 34 or more we will organise both accommodation with us and conference at Plume with transfers between the two and one account.
