You are welcome to ask about shorter stays during Peak Season and Long Weekends – they are sometimes possible, subject to availability.

Maximum capacity per Bach

Each Bach comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. Infants under 2 years stay for free.

Please advise at check in the confirmed number of people staying so that we can quote you the correct nightly rate.

Office Hours

• Monday to Friday  8am – 6pm
• Saturday & Sunday  9am – 4pm
• Public Holidays / Peak Season (Dec 23rd to Jan 15th)  9am – 4pm
• Christmas Day & New Year’s Day  10am – 12noon

Please contact us prior to arrival if you intend to arrive outside of these hours.

Terms & Conditions

• Sorry, no pets are allowed on site.
• Check in is no earlier than 2:00pm (unless by prior arrangement).
• Checkout is no later than 10:00am.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation for all group bookings & Peak Season bookings (Dec 23rd to Jan 15th).
• All credit card payments will be processed in New Zealand dollars.
• A surcharge of 2% applies to all credit card payments.
• A Reservation Confirmation will be sent by email after a booking has been made.
• Management cannot guarantee that the specific baches allocated upon reservation will be available at check in.
• All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations

• All cancellations and/or date amendments must be made no less than 14 days prior to arrival or a charge of 50% of the total accommodation cost will be incurred on the guest’s credit card.
• All cancellations and/or date amendments for group bookings, will forfeit their 50% non-refundable deposit paid at time of reservation.
• All cancellations and/or date amendments for Peak Season bookings (Dec 23rd to Jan 15th) will forfeit their 50% non-refundable deposit paid at time of reservation.
• Peak Season (Dec 23rd to Jan 15th) cancellations after the 31^st of October will result in the remaining amount of all accommodation booked being debited to the guest’s credit card.
• Cancellations 48 hours prior to or failure to arrive on the scheduled check in date will incur the total charge of accommodation booked.
